Frequently Asked Questions

What is the age to enter?
You must be 16 or older for admittance into the club. A valid ID is needed to alcohol service.

What is the cover charge?
Our cover charge is our ticket price per performance. It varies from show to show.

What do you accept as payment?
We accept all major credit cards and cash. Personal checks are not accepted.

What time do doors open?
Doors open at 5pm for our 7pm show and 9:15pm for our 9:45pm show. Seating is first come first sat so get here early! Before the show starts we have dinner, drinks, video clips as well as our insulting camera.

If you arrive late we will do our best to accomidate you.

Do I have to buy tickets in advance?
We highly recommend that  you do, especially for a Friday or Saturday performance since we do sell out. The only way to guarantee seating is with an advanced ticket purchase. Tickets can be purchased as soon as a show is announced and is available by phone or through our website.

What does a two item minimum mean?
Any items purchased on our extensive menu and drink menus can be applied to the minimum per person.

How long are the shows?
The show is an hour and a half to an hour and fourty-five minutes.

Is parking available?
We do not have on site parking but we are next door to the Lower Church Street Deck. There is also street parking, and one block away is the Ferren deck located at 1 Penn Plaza.

What is the refund policy?
All ticket purchases are  final. Before purchasing tickets carefully review your event and date/time.

What is the cancellation policy for reservation?
Reservation cancellations and reductions to party numbers, even by one, must be made 48 hours prior to the day of the show. Absolutely not cancellations are accepted the day of the show.

What happens if a show is cancelled?
We will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that show. If the show is rescheduled we may set refund limitations. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment that was used  to purchase the tickets.

What is the dress code?
Casual but neat

What is the food like?
A diverse  array of American fare. We have the best burgers in town! Check out our menu

How can I perform at The Stress Factory?
We have open mic every Wednesday. Double check our calendar because sometimes we have special events.

Is the Stress Factory available to be rented out?
Yes! Give us a call at 732-545-4242 and we discuss dates and options with you.

What are the smoking policies?
We've been smoke free since the state wide ban went into effect. But you can smoke in our courtyard.
